After a successful career as a children’s book author and illustrator, which I loved — making mixed media artwork is now my full time obsession.

After endless experiments with many paints, papers, fabric, and other materials, my current work is made with acrylics, wax pastels (Neocolor 2), and occasional pieces of lace and/or paper on gallery-wrapped canvas.
